High School Organizers
Building Youth Power in Every School
The Fellowship
Our high school organizing work helps young people build confidence in their ability to make change—starting in their schools and communities. We connect student organizers across the state with campaigns, trainings, and tools that let them take action right now.
Through our work, students don’t just learn about climate change—they lead on it.

A Shared Mission
We’re proud to work alongside the New Jersey Student Sustainability Coalition, a youth-led network that has built powerful high school organizing spaces across the state. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we’re expanding what already works—creating deeper collaboration between our teams and uplifting high schoolers in spaces built for and by them.
