CRAN offers unpaid virtual internships structured to support academic credit and degree requirements. Interns work directly with our team on active campaigns, research, communications, and organizing efforts across New Jersey. This is a hands-on learning experience designed to build practical skills and uplift you while contributing to real world impact.

These are hands on sessions that help people go from caring about an issue to moving a plan. We focus on the skills that actually win, how to build power, communicate clearly, and stay organized from first meeting to final vote.
Support event turnout, community engagement, and campus organizing.
Assist with social media content, messaging, graphics, and storytelling.
Help track legislation, develop briefs, and support advocacy campaigns.
Assist with internal coordination, data tracking, and program logistics.
Roles are tailored based on skills, interests, and academic requirements.
We welcome students and emerging leaders who want meaningful experience in climate, policy, communications, organizing, or nonprofit operations. Internships are best suited for individuals seeking academic credit or structured field experience connected to their coursework.
