CLIMATE STRIKE
MAKE POLLUTERS PAY
On August 14 at 11 AM, we’re mobilizing in front of the Hoboken Pier A and the Hokoben Path Terminal — a site that flooded during Hurricane Sandy — to demand bold action: it’s time for New Jersey to pass the Climate Superfund Act and Make Polluters Pay.
Youth leaders from across the state are coming together to make our voices heard. Joined by mayors from across the region, legislative champions of the bill, and key statewide representatives, this is our moment to show exactly where New Jersey’s future stands.
This action is about more than just one bill — it’s about climate justice, accountability, and refusing to let another legislative session go by without real solutions that put affordability for average New Jerseyans first. With the Legislature set to return this fall, we’re using this August moment to send a clear message: we expect movement, not delay, post the Climate Superfund Act.
